Project Summary:
Kroger at Macomb Park is a 23.604 acre commercial development located on the south-west side of Romeo Plank and 26 Mile Roads in Macomb Township comprising a 75,000 square foot Kroger grocery store and 36,800 square feet of lease retail space, along with a planned Kroger gas kiosk and five additional out-lots. Urban Land Consultants, LLC has worked with dozens of developer entities on hundreds of commercial developments over our more than four decades of business.
Services Provided:
Boundary survey, topographic survey, layout planning, Site Plan preparations, condominium Exhibit B preparations, representation at public meetings, civil engineering services including construction plans for the entire site, construction stake-out, building stake-out.
