Project Summary:
Piera Commons is a 2.854 acre commercial development located on the south side of 21 Mile Road west of Gratiot in Chesterfield Township comprising a 10,000 square foot building and a 10,428 square feet lease retail building. Urban Land Consultants, LLC has worked with dozens of developer entities on hundreds of commercial developments over our more than four decades of business.
Services Provided:
Boundary survey, topographic survey, layout planning, Site Plan preparations, condominium Exhibit B preparations, representation at public meetings, civil engineering services including construction plans for the entire site, construction stake-out, building stake-out.
