Project Summary:
The UNOVA / Lamb Technicon building has approximately 255,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space and 70,000 square feet of associated office and research space and is located in Chesterfield Township, Michigan. Urban Land Consultants, LLC has performed as the site civil engineering consultant on hundreds of industrial buildings over our more than four decades in business.
Services Provided:
Boundary survey, topographic survey, layout planning, Special Land Use Plan preparations, Site Plan preparations, representation at public meetings, civil engineering services including construction plans for the entire site, parcel split documents, construction stake-out, as-built ALTA survey.
