Project Summary:
Villagio Subdivision is a 136.599 acre single family residential subdivision located at the south-west corner of 26 Mile Road and Romeo Plank Road in Macomb Township. Villagio Subdivision has 264 single family residential home sites each designed with minimum eighty-eight feet of frontage to allow for large homes with side entry garages. Sanitary sewer and water main service is available at the site.
