Wellington Center Office Complex Project
Project Summary:
Wellington Center is a collection of three buildings totaling 120,000 square feet of office medical space located on the east side of Hayes Road, south of 23 Mile Road in Macomb Township. Extensive services were necessary to begin construction on the project due to a variety of engineering constraints and a prior consent judgment in place over the property. Urban Land Consultants, LLC has provided services to a large variety of Clients developing office or institutional space for lease or condominium sale.
Services Provided:
Boundary and topographic survey, extensive feasibility and layout planning, Site Plan preparations, representation at municipal meetings, civil engineering services including construction plans for the entire site, including MDEQ wetlands and floodplain, MCOPW drain relocation, coordination of off-site utilities for easement acquisition, roadway dedication and consent judgment review, condominium exhibit B preparations, construction staking.
